1 tart shell (or make your own from my Pate Sablee recipe) 100 g dark chocolate (min 70%) 200 ml coconut cream 4 tbsp caster sugar 1 tbsp cornflour 250 g cooked pured chestnut 1 tbsp honey (optional) If you are making your own tart shell finish the Pate Sable recipe before you start the chocolate cream!
